All packages include a dedicated venue coordinator, limited access to the house and full access to the grounds for photography.
A retainer of 50% of total package and a refundable security deposit of $1,500 are required to secure the date. Remaining balance due within 90 days of the event.

- Inclusions: Standard setup/cleanup, 40 white folding chairs and 6 round 48” tables, 7.5’ wooden arch, access to bridal suite (2 hours prior), On-site ceremony location, outside only.
- Requirements (at client expense): Minimum 2 portable restrooms and 2 parking attendants required.
Intimate Affairs
(Perfect for a refined gathering with close friends and family)
- Guest Count Limit: Up to 24 Guests
- Timeframe: 4-hour rental (Ceremony & limited Reception)
- Inclusions: Standard setup/cleanup, 24 white folding chairs and 4 round 48” tables, access to bridal suite (1 hour prior to event), On-site ceremony location, indoors or outdoors.

Micro Weddings
(Ideal for elopements or small, immediate-family celebrations)
