Grand Events

  • Guest Count Limit Up to 200 Guests

  • Event Timeframe: 10-hour rental (Full day access)

  • Inclusions: Includes a 1-hour rehearsal walk-through (pre-arranged), everything in the Classic Package and a free 4th night stay for up to 24 Staying Guests. 

  • Requirements (at client’s expense): Event Insurance, Event Tent, Tables, Chairs and Tablecloths for guest count over 100, minimum 6 portable restrooms and shuttle service required. Security Personnel recommended.
  • Fees and Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable taxes, cleaning fee and channel fee.
  • Holidays: A minimum 4 night stay is required for all packages booked on a national holiday weekend.
  • Booking: Dates are confirmed reserved only upon receipt of the signed contract and retainer payment.
  • Event Insurance: required for all events that include non-staying guests.
  • Regular check in and check out times apply to Event Stays: 4:00 PM check in and 10:00 AM check out.
  • Event-Only Property Rental available during Non-Peak Season subject to Management pre-approval.
  • Additional Nights booked at applicable nightly rate, subject to availability.

  • Requirements (at client’s expense): Event Insurance, Minimum 4 portable restrooms and shuttle service required. Event Tent recommended.

Micro Weddings

  • Event Timeframe: 4-hour rental (Ceremony & limited Reception)

  • Inclusions: Standard setup/breakdown, 24 white folding chairs and 4 round 48” tables, 4 108" tablecloths, access to bridal suite (1 hour prior to event), On-site ceremony location, indoors or outdoors.

  • Requirements (at client's expense): Event Insurance, if non-staying guests are in attendance.

Intimate Affairs

  • Guest Count Limit Up to 40 Guests

  • Event Timeframe 6-hour rental

  • Inclusions: Standard setup/breakdown, 40 white folding chairs and 7 round 48” tables, 7 tablecloths, 7.5’ wooden arch, access to bridal suite (2 hours prior), On-site ceremony location, outside only.

  • Requirements (at client's expense): Event Insurance, Minimum 2 portable restrooms and 2 parking attendants required.

Wedding & Event Venue Pricing Packages 

All packages include a 3 night overnight stay for up to 24 guests, dedicated venue coordinator, limited access to the house for event purposes, and full access to the grounds for photography.

Peak Pricing Months: JUNE, July, August, September
Non-Peak Pricing Months: October through MAY

A retainer of 50% of total package and a refundable security deposit of $1,500 are required to secure the date. Remaining balance due within 90 days of the event.

Event Policy: Our a la carte menu is exclusively available to supplement standard residential stays.  These items cannot be combined to replicate or bypass our required Event Packages.  If your plans include a wedding, vow renewal or any gathering with outside visitors, our comprehensive Event Packages apply.
